What a load of crap... I was expecting more from these World Domination grads. Instead, I’ve been served up a paltry dish of rock ’n’ roll gruel. Worse yet, there’s political overtones here, though singer Mario Jimenez says “we have no agenda to change the world.” Good, Mario, ‘cuz there’s nothing worse than politically “aware” bands spouting out naïve drivel to the even more naïve masses. SPE does seem like an enthusiastic bunch, though. I wonder if such enthusiasm will continue when Island does the inevitable and drops the band.
