MOB RULES
Temple Of Two Suns
SPV Records
www.limb-music.de

Saturated with grandiose keyboards, Mob Rules is a metal band that relies heavily on melody. The band's style oozes with the triumph and confidence that many German acts seem to have. The guitars are tight and crisp, the vocals aggressive yet never out of control. The opening track, "The Temple Fanfare," could lead troops of pacifists to war. Obviously influenced by the likes of Savatage and Eloy, Mob Rules' second disc may drive away punks and rapmetalers, but most eighties metalheads will dig this album. Jeff Muendel
